A-Cube Raises €4 Million in Funding
A-Cube, a Milan, Italy–based company that provides an API-first platform for the end-to-end management of tax and document flows, has secured €4 million in funding.
The round was led by P101 SGR, with participation from Sella Direct Ventures.
P101 SGR is a venture capital fund manager in Italy, specializing in investments in innovative, technology-driven companies across Europe. With approximately €500 million in assets under management, P101 provides strategic capital and operational support to high-potential startups in sectors such as fintech, B2B SaaS, and vertical AI. The firm has completed around 300 transactions, investing nearly €250 million in the real economy and supporting over 60 companies.
The company will use the funds to expand A-Cube’s platform capabilities, integrate AI technologies, enhance its product offerings, and support growth across European markets.
