AethexAI Raises $3M Pre-seed
AethexAI, a Middle East and Africa-based voice AI infrastructure platform, has raised $3M in pre-seed funding to expand its enterprise voice AI platform targeting emerging markets.
The round was led by 4DX Ventures, with participation from Enza Capital, Dorm Room Fund, Mojo Ventures, 26 Fund, and various strategic angel investors including Stanford faculty, telecommunications executives, and researchers from Anthropic.
The capital will be used to expand enterprise deployments, grow engineering and go-to-market teams, and deepen product capabilities across key regional markets.
Founded in 2026 by Mariama Diallo and Ayooluwa Odemuyiwa, AethexAI provides a voice AI infrastructure platform built specifically for emerging markets. The company uses its proprietary Kora 1 voice models to support multiple languages and accents with integrated telephony and workflow management.
