Almetra Raises €16.3M Series A
Berlin-based manufacturing intelligence company Almetra has secured €16.3 million in a Series A funding round to scale its industrial AI platform. The company, which specializes in converting shopfloor data into actionable insights, aims to enhance factory productivity and operational efficiency.
This round was led by blisce/, with participation from NAP, Merantix Capital, Robin Capital, Underline, Critical Ventures, and a group of business angels.
Almetra plans to use the new capital to accelerate product development, expand its operations into the United States market, and continue building out its platform as a comprehensive intelligence and automation layer for industrial manufacturing.
Founded in Berlin, Almetra, formerly known as Deltia, provides a manufacturing intelligence platform that synthesizes video data, machine information, and operator knowledge. Led by co-founder and CEO Maximilian Fischer, the company utilizes AI-powered cameras to help factories identify inefficiencies and improve productivity while maintaining strict worker privacy through anonymized data processing.
