Altek AI, an Oslo, Norway–based AI hospitality startup, has raised €423,000 in a pre-Seed funding round.

The round was led by StartupLab, a Norwegian incubator, accelerator, and early-stage investor. Based in Oslo and Bergen, Norway, it focused on helping ambitious tech founders build and scale their companies, often from idea to international growth.

The funding will deepen integrations with hotel systems such as property management systems (PMS) and booking engines, expand autonomous AI workflows across additional guest communication channels, and accelerate expansion across European markets.

Founded in 2024 by Jon-Fredrik Hopland and Kristoffer S. Pedersen, Altek AI is a company building an AI operating layer for hotels through autonomous AI agents. Its platform handles inquiries across email, web chat, messaging apps, social media, and phone, with deep integrations into hotel systems to enable contextual, automated execution.
