Apera AI, a Vancouver, BC-based provider of 4D Vision for industrial robots, received an undisclosed investment from Zebra Ventures.

Zebra Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Zebra Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ: ZBRA), provided the investment.

With the investment, Apera AI plans to enhance its ability to support customers who require fast, scalable deployments, particularly in complex or variable manufacturing environments where Physical AI delivers adaptability.

Led by CEP Sina Afrooze, Co-Founder and CEO, Apera AI specializes in equipping robots with real-time visual intelligence for complex manufacturing environments. The company leverages light-resilient stereo vision and AI models to operate reliably in dynamic, real-world factory conditions, adapting to shifting bins, changing lighting, worn grippers, and complex part geometries.
