ArmorCode Closes $40 Million in Series B

ArmorCode, a Palo Alto, CA-based Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) and Risk-Based Vulnerability Management (RBVM), has closed a pre-emptive $40 million Series B funding.

The round was led by HighlandX, with participation from NGP Capital, Ballistic Ventures, Sierra Ventures, Cervin Ventures, and others.

HighlandX is a venture capital fund managed by Highland Capital Partners a venture capital firm based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The firm prefers to invest in early and growth-stage companies focused on consumer and enterprise technology companies focusing on cybersecurity, commerce, education, autonomy, media, and fintech sectors.

As part of HighlandX’s investment, Managing Partner Corey Mulloy will join ArmorCode’s board.

The company plans to use the funding to invest in go-to-market, product, and engineering teams, expand its workforce by over 20%, and introduce new AI and software supply chain capabilities.
