Astor Raises $5M in Seed Funding

Astor, a San Francisco, CA–based AI-native investment advisory platform registered with the SEC, has raised $5 million in Seed funding.

The round was led by Monashees, with participation from Y Combinator, Goodwater Capital, Gilgamesh Ventures, 468 Capital, Valutia, Sunshine Lake, and executives from Stripe and OpenAI.

Monashees is a Latin American venture capital firm founded in 2005. Its community spans more than 150 companies and over 300 founders, with offices in São Paulo, Mexico City, and Silicon Valley.

The company will use the funding to expand its product, engineering, growth teams and broaden its service offerings.

Founded by Bruno Koba and Daniel Tulha, Astor is an AI-native, SEC-registered investment advisory platform designed to provide personalized financial guidance to individuals who lack access to traditional wealth management services.
