AUDAVIS Raises Over €1.1M in Seed Round

AUDAVIS, a Munich, Germany-based AI-driven auditing solutions provider, has raised over €1.1 million in seed funding.

The round was led by High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) and included business angel Martin Ostermayer along with members of the BayStartUP network.

HTGF is an early-stage investor based in Germany and Europe, focusing on deep tech, industrial tech, climate tech, and life sciences. With over €2 billion under management, HTGF supports startups from pre-seed to later-stage funding. Since 2005, it has backed more than 750 startups and successfully exited over 180.

The company will use the funds to further develop its AI-based Artificial Auditor, a co-pilot for auditing.

Founded in 2023 by Benjamin Aunkofer, Philipp Roebruck, and Otrek Wilke, AUDAVIS specializes in AI-driven auditing solutions. The company has developed the “Artificial Auditor,” an AI solution designed to enhance the efficiency and reliability of financial transaction audits. AUDAVIS leverages a scalable cloud application to access data from ERP and accounting systems. Its AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) platform analyzes financial data—such as invoices, payments, and transactions—to identify anomalies and assess risks.
