Aveni Raises £12M Series B

Aveni, an Edinburgh-based AI fintech company specializing in wealth management and financial advice, has secured £12 million in a new funding round. The funding round was led by PXN Ventures. Additional support came from existing investors including Puma Growth Partners, Lloyds Banking Group, Nationwide, and Scottish Enterprise.

The capital will be used to scale the development of Aveni's Unified Assurance Platform and facilitate the launch of the new Agent Assure and Agent Approve solutions, which are designed to assess conduct risk for AI agents interacting with consumers.
