Banza Raises $1 million Pre-seed

AI startup Banza, an Indian startup, has successfully raised $1 million in a pre-seed funding round. The company is developing a personal AI “Twin” system designed to learn from a user’s habits, preferences, and context over time, aiming to provide recommendations that truly benefit the user across different aspects of daily life.

This pre-seed funding round was led by Campus Fund. Additional participation came from Avalanche and a group of angel investors.

The capital raised will be utilized to accelerate product development, enhance the user experience, and expand the team. Banza also plans to strengthen the foundation for what it envisions as a new category of personal AI.

Banza is an AI startup focused on creating a personal AI “Twin” that deeply understands individual users. The company believes that current digital platforms often provide recommendations primarily benefiting the platform rather than the user. Their AI Twin aims to address this by learning user behavior to assist in daily decisions such as what to eat, watch, go, or buy, and proactively offer suggestions based on user patterns. Aditya Vijaykumar is the CTO at Banza.
