Bardeen Raises $3 Million in Funding

Bardeen, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of AI agents for businesses and enterprises, has raised $3 million in funding.

The investment, from strategic investors Dropbox Ventures and HubSpot Ventures, brings Bardeen’s total funding to $22 million.

Dropbox Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of Dropbox, focused on investing in the next generation of startups driving the transition to an AI-powered world.

HubSpot Ventures invests in early- and growth-stage (Series A and beyond) software companies with the potential to deliver unique value to HubSpot’s customer base.

The company will use the funding to advance its vision of a fully autonomous AI platform that builds time-saving automation for users.

Founded in 2020 by Artem Harutyunyan and Pascal Weinberger, Bardeen offers an AI agent platform capable of automating repetitive knowledge work using a natural language interface. The company prioritizes usability and pragmatism, combining AI with traditional automation techniques to seamlessly handle tasks such as copy-pasting, conducting web research, and sending emails. In the last six months, Bardeen has surpassed 300,000 users and gained more than 1,000 paying customers, including high-growth startups and enterprises like Deel, Miro, Kearney, WPP, and 10Web, among others.
