BHSN Secures 10 Billion KRW in Series B
BHSN, a Seoul, South Korea-based legal technology company, has secured 10 billion won in Series B funding.
Existing investor Altos Ventures participated in this round, along with new investors Korea Development Bank and Woori Financial Capital.
The company plans to use the funds to enhance its legal AI technology, expand marketing activities, strengthen Allibee’s branding, and grow its global business, particularly in Japan and other Asian markets.
Founded in 2020, BHSN provides legal AI solutions for businesses. Its AI-powered platform, Allibee, is designed to enhance work productivity by offering contract management, legal advisory, and business research services. BHSN has developed proprietary technologies, including a legal-specific large-scale language model, augmented amplification generation, and patented legal document digitization technology, including legal OCR, to improve corporate legal operations. Headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, BHSN serves major clients such as CJ CheilJedang, Hanwha Solutions, and Aekyung Chemical.
