Blitzy, a Boston, MA-based startup focused on automating custom software creation, has raised $4.4 million in funding.

The round included investments from Link Ventures, Bessemer, Flybridge, NFX, Picus, and Asymmetric.

The company will use the funds to develop its AI-driven coding automation tools further and expand its tech team in Boston.

Founded by Sid Pardeshi and Brian Elliott, Blitzy is a generative AI software platform on a mission to automate custom software creation. Blitzy’s flagship model, BlitzCode, and its multi-agent operating system, Blitzy OS, autonomously develop production-ready code repositories for software development teams. The platform converts product requirements documents into enterprise-grade code repositories and can reverse-engineer existing products.
