Blossom Health Raises $20 Million in Funding

Blossom Health, a New York–based all-in-one AI operating system for psychiatry, has raised $20 million across Seed and Series A funding.

Headline led the Series A, with Mathias Schilling joining the company’s board. Returning investors Village Global and TA Ventures participated alongside new investors Operator Partners and Correlation Ventures. The round also included participation from prominent angel investors across healthcare and technology.

Founded in 1998, Headline is a global venture capital firm that partners with fast-growing technology companies to help scale their success worldwide. With more than $4 billion in assets under management, the firm invests through a network of regionally focused early-stage funds across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America, as well as through its Global Growth Fund, which backs companies from Series B onward.

With the Series A funding, Blossom will expand its geographic coverage, partner with national and regional health insurance payors, onboard additional providers, and invest in research and development.

Blossom Health has developed a unified AI operating system designed to serve as the foundational infrastructure for psychiatric care. Its platform coordinates interactions among psychiatrists, patients, insurers, pharmacists, and referral networks. The platform integrates AI copilots and autonomous agents to assist psychiatrists with diagnosis, treatment planning, medication selection, and patient management. Headquartered in New York, Blossom Health’s tools are already used by hundreds of clinicians treating thousands of patients across multiple states.
