Bolo AI, a Palo Alto, CA-based enterprise AI company focused on heavy industry, has raised $8.1 million in seed funding.

The round was led by True Ventures with participation from Benchstrength, Accomplice, J Ventures, and Beat Ventures.

True Ventures is a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm headquartered in Palo Alto (with an office in San Francisco). They focus on early-stage investing—primarily seed and Series A rounds—emphasizing software, hardware, healthcare, consumer, sustainability, climate, robotics, and related sectors.

The company will use the funding to expand its engineering and go-to-market teams, deepen enterprise integrations, and accelerate deployments across energy, utility, and industrial sectors.
