BrokerBot, a Tucson, Arizona-based real estate technology company that provides an artificial intelligence platform for brokerages, has closed a seed funding round.

This funding round was led by Grand Ventures, with participation from Second Century Ventures, the strategic investment arm of the National Association of Realtors.
BrokerBot plans to utilize the seed capital primarily to build out its sales organization.
Founded by Jerimiah Taylor, BrokerBot is a software platform that trains AI assistants on a brokerage’s specific documents, policies, and forms. The platform helps real estate brokerages automate agent questions and administrative tasks while maintaining high compliance standards.
