Buysell Standards Raises $3.45M Series A

Buysell Standards, a South Korean financial technology firm that operates the PIECE security token offering platform, has raised $3.45 million in a Series A funding round.

The funding round was led by Xartfelix Group. Additional participants in the round included S&S Investment and SK Networks.

Buysell Standards plans to use the new capital to accelerate the tokenization of assets across three key sectors: patent rights, corporate finance, and K-Content.

Specifically, the firm will collaborate with Xartfelix Group to develop STO products linked to global semiconductor and software patent portfolios, while also building a financial support and liquidity model for small and mid-sized ventures in partnership with SK Networks and NICE Investment Partners.

Buysell Standards is a South Korean fintech company that operates the PIECE platform, providing services for security token offerings and fractional investment. It is noted as the only multi-asset issuer among the seven fractional investment companies vetted by the Financial Services Commission of South Korea.
