c/side Secures $6 Million in Seed Funding

c/side, a San Francisco, CA-based cybersecurity company specializing in monitoring and securing vulnerable browser-side third-party scripts, has secured $6 million in seed funding.

The round was led by Uncork Capital, with participation from Mantis VC, Scribble Ventures, Roar Ventures, and PrimeSet, bringing c/side's total funding to $7.7 million.

Uncork Capital is a seed-stage venture capital firm with over $900 million under management, focusing on SaaS, consumer, marketplaces, hardware, and new technology startups. Founded in 2004, it is based in San Francisco.

The new funding will help c/side accelerate product development and expand the team's capabilities.

Led by Simon Wijckmans, c/side focused on browser-side detection and protection. Their solutions include an advanced proxy service and an AI-driven detection engine designed to identify and neutralize malicious scripts in real time. c/side aims to enhance website security while improving performance and aiding compliance with industry regulations.
