The round was led by Cortes Capital, LLC, with participation from Sorenson Communications, LLC, SMK (Japan), and Hackensack Meridian Health.

Cortes Capital is a private equity firm based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Cortes Capital is an investment arm of Love's private equity.
