Candid Health Raises $120M Series D

Candid Health, a San Francisco-based healthcare technology company, has raised $120 million in Series D funding to accelerate the development and expansion of its automated medical billing and insurance reimbursement platform. This latest round of financing follows a significant growth trajectory for the company, which tripled its valuation since its Series C round in 2025.

This funding round was led by Sixth Street Growth, a global investment firm. Existing investors Oak HC/FT, 8VC, and Y Combinator also participated in the round.

Candid Health plans to use the new capital to expand its software platform, which automates medical billing and insurance reimbursement workflows for healthcare providers. The funding will support the company as it continues to grow its customer base of over 200 healthcare organizations and further integrates clinical and billing data into its automated financial systems.

Founded by former Palantir executives Nick Perry and Doug Proctor, Candid Health provides software that serves as a financial system of record for healthcare organizations. The company is on a mission to rebuild the financial infrastructure of American healthcare, allowing providers to focus on delivering quality care.
