Cascade AI Secures $3.75 Million in Seed Funding

Cascade AI, a Seattle, WA-based AI assistant tailored for human resources (HR) inquiries, has secured $3.75 million in seed funding.

The round was led by Gradient, Google’s early-stage AI fund, with contributions from Myriad Venture Partners and Success Venture Partners.

Founded in 2017, Gradient Ventures is a seed fund based in San Francisco, California, focused on supporting founders in AI. The fund has been investing at the forefront of artificial intelligence since its inception.

This investment will enable Cascade AI to continue building out customer-requested features and expand its platform to support increased demand driven by early customer successes.

Cascade AI provides an AI assistant specifically designed to handle HR inquiries at an individual employee level, aiming to offer personalized HR support and improve the overall employee experience. The platform supports various HR functions, including benefits, Total Rewards, employee onboarding and offboarding, open enrollment, and more.
