The round was led by Ten Coves Capital, with participation from existing investors Aquiline and MiddleGame Ventures.

Ten Coves Capital is a growth equity firm based in Darien, Connecticut, that backs high-growth companies across the FinTech ecosystem, leveraging its capital, network, and decades of experience to accelerate growth and value creation. The firm invests across payments, banking & lending, asset management, capital markets, and insurance & benefits.

The company will use the funds to enhance AI-powered workflows, expand bank API connectivity, and grow go-to-market and customer success teams, particularly in the U.S., with plans to double Circit’s team over the next two years.
