CLEATUS Raises $4 Million Seed Funding

CLEATUS, an Arlington-based company providing an AI-powered platform for government contracting, has raised $4M in a seed funding round.

The round was co-led by Las Olas Venture Capital and REVO Capital, with participation from Motley Fool Ventures.

CLEATUS plans to use the new capital to expand its data sources across federal, state, local, education, and defense sectors. The funds will also be used to enhance its AI agents for market intelligence, capture, compliance, and proposal writing, as well as to develop a full procurement marketplace featuring an AI operating system with embedded fintech.
