Clone Labs Raises Funding From NAVER D2SF

Clone Labs, a San Francisco, CA- and South Korea-based AI startup developing user model technology, has secured an investment from NAVER D2SF.

NAVER D2SF is the corporate venture capital arm of NAVER. The firm supports sustainable growth through collaborations with startups. Founded in 1999, NAVER operates across commerce, content, fintech, and cloud services. Under its D2 (“For Developers, By Developers”) technology vision, NAVER continues to develop new technologies and global partnerships to strengthen its position as a leading technology company.

The funding will support product development, AI research, and the expansion of Clone Labs’ autonomous user modeling platform.

Led by CEO Minchan Kim, Clone Labs is an AI company developing user model technology that enables AI agents to understand user intent, preferences, and workflows through behavioral learning. The company focuses on autonomous decision-making systems, computer-use agents (CUA), long-term memory infrastructure, and privacy-preserving AI architectures. Clone Labs recently launched its products “Clone Desktop” and “Clone Plugin” for AI-native users managing multiple AI agents.
