CodeIntegrity Raises $5M Seed Round

CodeIntegrity, a San Francisco, CA-based AI security startup building deterministic runtime controls for autonomous AI agents, has raised $5 million in seed round.

This funding round was led by Syn Ventures, a cybersecurity-focused venture capital firm. They were joined by existing investors Antler and Boost VC.

CodeIntegrity plans to support continued product development, enterprise deployments, and expansion of runtime governance capabilities for agentic systems operating in production.

Founded in 2024 by Steven Jung and Abi Raghuram, CodeIntegrity is building infrastructure designed to keep agentic AI applications operating within strict security boundaries. Its security solution acts as a runtime control layer that filters and translates interactions between unpredictable AI models and enterprise systems, ensuring they operate within safe and defined boundaries. Its mission is to secure a future where autonomous AI agents operate nondeterministically across tools, data, and enterprise systems.
