The round was led by CRV, with participation from Tod Sacerdoti of Flex Capital, Ashmeet Sidana of Engineering Capital, and several mentors with deep expertise in developer tools and enterprise AI.

CRV is a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage tech startups. Since 1970, the firm has invested in more than 600 startups, focusing on the life sciences, consumer products and services, and enterprise sectors.

Reid Christian, General Partner at CRV, will join CodeRabbit's board.

The company will use the funding to expand the team in engineering, product, and go-to-market functions, enhancing its product offerings and growth trajectory.
