Cogna Raises €14.2 Million in Series A

Cogna, a London, UK-based provider of precision software solutions, has raised €14.2 million in Series A funding.

The round was led by Notion Capital, with participation from Hoxton Ventures and Chalfen Ventures.

Notion Capital is a venture capital firm with over $1 billion in assets under management. The firm focused on European SaaS and enterprise tech, with over 100 investments.

The funding will support Cogna’s expansion across the utilities, manufacturing, and public sectors, helping companies streamline operations and address limitations posed by legacy IT systems.

Founded 18 months ago, Cogna is an AI company that provides low-cost, custom software for industries requiring precision solutions. The company leverages AI-powered software development, best practices, and insights into customer operating models to deliver software in days rather than months or years. Cogna has already become a strategic partner for major organizations, including Cadent Gas and Network Plus.
