Compri, a Milan, Italy-based AI software company that provides autonomous AI agents for procurement and supply chain teams, has raised €3.2 million in a seed funding round.
The seed round was led by Picus Capital, with participation from Shapers, Italian Founders Fund, DFF Ventures, and prominent private investors.
The funding will be used to accelerate product development, attract new talent, and strengthen Compri's presence across key European and international markets.
Founded in Milan in 2024 by Edoardo Arbizzi and Edoardo Gava, Compri is an AI-native procurement platform that helps industrial companies automate procurement and supply chain operations through intelligent AI agents. Its platform centralizes data from ERP systems, email, spreadsheets, PDFs, and external databases, enabling AI agents to automate procurement workflows like supplier follow-ups, document collection, compliance monitoring, and order confirmation checks.
