Constructor Raises $25 Million in Series B

Constructor, a San Francisco, CA-based product discovery and search platform for enterprise ecommerce companies, raised $25 million in Series B funding at a valuation of $550 million.

The round was led by Sapphire Ventures, with participation from existing investor Silversmith Capital Partners. This brings Constructor's total funds raised to over $85 million.

Sapphire Ventures is a global software venture capital firm with more than $10 billion in assets under management (AUM) and team members across Austin, London, Menlo Park, and San Francisco. Since its founding, Sapphire has invested in more than 170 companies globally, resulting in over 30 public listings and 45 acquisitions.

The company will use the funds to continue enhancing its clickstream-based AI technology, aimed at optimizing ecommerce product discovery. Additionally, Constructor intends to accelerate its rapid international expansion efforts.

Founded in 2015 by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick, Constructor provides an AI-powered product discovery and search platform specifically designed for enterprise ecommerce companies. They utilize advanced algorithms, machine learning, and various AI technologies to enhance how shoppers search for and discover products online.
