ControlMonkey Raises $7 Million in Seed Round

ControlMonkey, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based end-to-end cloud automation platform, has raised $7 million in seed funding.

The round was co-led by lool ventures and Joule Ventures, with additional backing from Gaia Ventures and industry leaders.

Founded in 2011, lool ventures is a venture capital firm investing in early-stage startups, based in Israel. The firm invests in seed to early-stage companies in AI, software, and SaaS industries, focusing on locations in Tel Aviv, Boston, and Palo Alto, with a strong presence in Asia and North America.

Joule Ventures is a venture capital firm that provides funding and support to Israeli entrepreneurs commercializing enterprise-grade solutions in U.S. markets. Founded in 2010, the firm prefers to invest in seed-stage, early-stage, and later-stage companies.

The funding will accelerate the development of ControlMonkey’s cloud governance tools and support its expansion, including investments in engineering and customer success.

Founded by Aharon Twizer and Ori Yemini, ControlMonkey is a fully end-to-end Terraform automation platform. It helps cloud teams streamline infrastructure delivery and governance through AI-powered tools and enterprise-grade automation. ControlMonkey operates worldwide from its headquarters in Tel Aviv.
