Corelight Secures $150 Million in Series E

Corelight, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of open network detection and response (NDR) solutions, has secured $150 million in Series E funding.

The round was led by its initial investor, Accel, along with strategic investments from Cisco Investments and CrowdStrike Falcon Fund.

Founded in 1983, Accel is a seed and growth-stage venture capital firm supporting a global community of entrepreneurs. It prefers to invest in early-stage companies operating in various sectors including cloud, software as a service (SaaS), consumer, enterprise, information technology, healthcare, fintech, security, media, and business products & services. This investment will fuel its AI-driven security innovation, cloud-native capabilities, and partnerships with leading cybersecurity platforms to empower SOC analysts and incident response teams.
