CoreOps.AI, a Noida, India-based enterprise software startup, has raised $3.5 million in a pre-Series A round.

The round was led by Siana Capital Management, with participation from Kettlebrough, Aroa Venture Partners, and several individual investors.

Siana Capital Management is an India-based venture capital (VC) firm founded in 2017, focused on investing in “deep innovation” driven by science and technology. It invests in early- to mid-stage growth companies. Key sectors of focus include healthcare, agritech, biotech/biosciences, cleantech, and companies undergoing transformation through artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning.

The company will use the funds to expand engineering capabilities, strengthen the product roadmap, and scale global delivery of its platforms.

Founded in 2024 by Rajesh Janey, Ankur Sharma, Rajnish Gupta, and Rajiv Srivastava, CoreOps.AI develops AI-native enterprise software that modernizes legacy systems, consolidates data, and automates operations.
