The company announced it has raised $32.5 million in a combined Seed and Series A financing round to accelerate its growth and national expansion.

The funding round was led by Oak HC/FT, a venture and growth equity firm specializing in healthcare and fintech. The round also included participation from First Round Capital, Zigg Capital, Homebrew, Pathlight Ventures, Wischoff Ventures, and Go Global Ventures.

Corner Health plans to utilize the capital to expand its internal team, enhance its core technology platform, and launch its primary care network in additional states across the country.

Founded by Lava Sunder and Anne Gifford, Corner Health provides nurse practitioners with the infrastructure needed to start their own practices, including billing, insurance, and AI-powered workflow automation. The company flagship platform, Cora, is an AI-native system designed to automate administrative tasks like scheduling, billing, and lab orders to allow providers more time for direct patient care.
