Cosmico Raises €12M Series B
Cosmico, a Milan-based future of work company that provides a platform for digital talent and team design, has raised €12 million in a Series B funding round. The round combines both equity and debt capital to support the company's ecosystem expansion and acquisition strategy across Italy and Spain.
The funding round was led by P101 SGR, with participation from existing investor Prana Ventures.
Cosmico plans to use the new capital to support its long-term expansion plans and continued acquisition activity. The company intends to complete three additional acquisitions by the end of 2026 to strengthen its business units and enter adjacent future-of-work segments.
Founded in 2021 by Francesco Marino, Simone Tornabene, and Matteo Roversi, Cosmico operates as a holding company for the future of work. The company manages an ecosystem that includes Talent-as-a-Service for digital professionals, community-based employee engagement, and AI-supported team design, currently serving over 300 clients with a network of 35,000 digital professionals.
