CraftifAI Raises $3M Seed

CraftifAI, a multi-agent GenAI-powered platform based in India, has raised $3 million (approximately ₹27.2 crore) in its seed funding round. The company specializes in building AI tools for embedded software development.

Ankur Capital led the seed funding round. Additional participating investors include IvyCap Ventures, Capital-A, and Antler.

The startup plans to utilize the newly secured capital to scale its hiring efforts across engineering and go-to-market teams. Additionally, the funds will support the expansion of CraftifAI's footprint across global markets.

Founded in 2025 by Pratik Sharda, a former PhonePe executive, and Yashwant Dagar, an ex-Xilinx senior system design engineer, CraftifAI is developing CraftifAI Orbit. This agentic AI platform is designed to automate embedded software development for Edge, IoT, and AI-powered devices. It simplifies how engineers build intelligent systems by automating hardware-optimized code generation and AI/ML deployment, thereby reducing development time and cost. The platform consolidates fragmented toolchains into a single AI-driven workflow, supporting end-to-end product design, development, and manufacturing.
