CredibleX Raises $15M Series A

CredibleX, a UAE-based company, provides small and medium-sized enterprises with working capital financing through its digital embedded finance platform. The company announced its Series A round as part of a broader USD 15 million equity raise.

The Series A round was led by Mubadala Investment Company, Abu Dhabi’s sovereign wealth fund, through its MENA Venture Capital Fund. Additional participation came from Further Ventures, an existing investor.

The capital will support CredibleX’s expansion across lending, partner distribution, marketplace growth, and technology capabilities. The company plans to strengthen its embedded finance infrastructure, scale its lending marketplace, expand partner distribution, and enhance its technology and data capabilities.

Founded in 2023 by Anand Nagaraj, Ahmad Malik, and Hassan Reda, CredibleX provides SMEs with fast access to working capital through its digital lending platform. The company focuses on embedded partnerships to scale efficiently through distribution partners and SME networks. CredibleX currently works with more than 70 distribution partners and is regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) at Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). It offers a full suite of working capital financing solutions, including Revenue-Based Financing, Receivables Financing, and Payable Financing.
