CRMBonus Raises $10 Million in Series B Extension

CRMBonus, a São Paulo, Brazil-based company that provides a marketing automation platform, raised $10 million in a Series B extension.

The investors in the round include Vivo Ventures and Industry Ventures, each investing $5 million.

Founded in 2022, Vivo Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of Telefônica/Vivo Capital, based in São Paulo, Brazil. The firm focuses on startups at a more advanced stage of development.

Industry Ventures is a venture capital firm with three strategies: secondary investments, primary fund of funds, and direct co-investments. Founded in 2000, it manages over $7 billion and has offices in San Francisco, Washington, D.C., and London.

The company will use the funds to accelerate its expansion and consolidate CRMBonus as the main alternative growth solution to the Big Tech model.
