Cyber Upgrade, a Vilnius, Lithuania-based cybersecurity startup, has raised €2.5 million in a Seed funding round.

The round was backed by Superhero Capital, Specialist VC, FIRSTPICK, NGL Ventures, and angel investors Marios S. Kalochoritis and Sergei Anikin, former CEO of Pipedrive.

The comany plans to use the funds to advance its AI-powered "copilot" tool.

Founded in 2023 by Aurimas Bakas and Andrius Minkevičius, Cyber Upgrade specializes in cybersecurity. The company’s flagship product, an AI-driven "copilot," streamlines the cyber audit process for users by leveraging communication platforms like Slack and Microsoft Teams. Their vision is to provide a powerful tool enabling companies to achieve the same level of cyber protection and audit readiness as Fortune 500 companies
