Cyera Raises $400M Series F, Valued at $9 Billion

Cyera, a New York-based AI and data security company, has raised $400 million in a Series F funding round, valuing the company at $9 billion.

The round was led by Blackstone, with participation from existing investors including Accel, Coatue, Cyberstarts, Georgian, Greenoaks, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Redpoint, Sapphire, Sequoia Capital, and Spark, bringing Cyera’s total funding to more than $1.7 billion.

Blackstone is a global alternative asset management firm headquartered in New York, specializing in private equity, real estate, private credit, hedge fund solutions, and infrastructure investments. Founded in 1985, the firm manages over $1 trillion in assets and is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker BX.

The company will use the funds to accelerate product innovation, expand its global presence, deepen ecosystem partnerships, and hire additional talent to support continued enterprise adoption.
