D-Tools Secures $12 Million in Series C

D-Tools, a Concord, CA-based business management software provider for systems integrators, has secured $12 million in Series C funding.

The round was led by John Heyman’s StellarIQ, with continued participation from existing majority investor Greybull Stewardship.

StellarIQ invests in vertical software companies to accelerate their AI transformation through growth capital, implementation expertise, and production-ready AI technology. As the parent company of AnswerRocket and Max AI, StellarIQ enables its portfolio companies to rapidly deploy AI solutions that create business value while maintaining their independence.

The funding will support its mission to deliver end-to-end, AI-enhanced software solutions for electronic systems contractors, expand its Industry Information & Insights (I3) initiative, and scale its intelligent automation capabilities.
