DeepIP Raises $25 Million in Series B

DeepIP, a New York- and Paris-based AI-powered patent platform, has raised $25 million in Series B funding, bringing its total capital raised to $40 million.

The round was co-led by Korelya Capital and Serena, with participation from Balderton Capital and Headline.

Korelya Capital is a venture capital investment firm based in Paris, France, founded in 2016. The firm manages over €800 million in assets and invests in high-growth technology startups—particularly in areas such as artificial intelligence, fintech, mobility, and digital services—with the goal of helping European companies become global technology leaders.

Serena is a Paris-based venture capital firm founded in 2008 that invests in early-stage technology startups. The firm focuses on sectors such as AI, SaaS, and digital infrastructure, supporting companies from seed to growth stages with funding and operational guidance. Serena manages approximately €1 billion in assets and helps startups scale internationally by combining capital with mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs and operators.

The funding will accelerate DeepIP’s mission to embed AI across the entire patent lifecycle and expand its platform capabilities for enterprise patent operations.
