Dex, a Greek-founded and London-based AI recruiting startup, has raised $5.3 million in a seed funding.
The round was led by Notion Capital. Participating investors included Andreessen Horowitz's Speedrun programme, Concept Ventures, and angel investors including individuals from OpenAI.
Founded in 2025 by Paddy Lambros, Dex is an AI recruitment company that helps businesses hire AI researchers, software developers, machine learning engineers, and quantitative engineers. The company operates an AI-powered talent platform that assesses candidates through conversational AI, matches talent with employers using proprietary machine-learning algorithms, and supports candidates throughout the hiring process. Dex serves more than 50 technology companies and has over 15,000 engineers registered on its platform.
