Dil Foods Raises ₹72Cr Series B

Dil Foods, a Karnataka-based virtual restaurant platform focused on small and mid-sized food businesses, has raised ₹72 crore ($7.5 million) in a Series B funding round. With this latest fundraise, the company has secured a total of ₹113.35 crore to date.

The Series B funding round was led by Bikaji Foods Family Office. Additional participating investors included V3 Ventures, MJV Ventures, and Alteria Capital, which are existing investors. International investors also participated.

Dil Foods plans to use the fresh capital to expand into additional high-growth markets, diversify its cuisine portfolio, and strengthen its food-tech and supply chain capabilities. The company also aims to scale to 600 locations by FY28 and target an annualized revenue of ₹500 crore. A portion of the funding will also be used to strengthen backend production and supply chain operations.

Founded by Arpita Aditi, Dil Foods is built on the idea of creating a sustainable ecosystem in the food industry. The company works with local restaurants to help them scale through technology, standardized operations, and supply chain support. Dil Foods operates multiple regional food brands and claims to be India’s largest chain of virtual brands specializing in regional Indian cuisine, with a network of more than 300 restaurant partners across six cities and 340 pincodes.
