Donna, a Ghent, Belgium-based AI assistant aimed at enhancing the productivity of sales professionals, has secured €1.6 million in pre-seed funding.

The round includes investments from Pitchdrive, Everywhere Ventures, Fortino, Syndicate One, and WeLoveFounders, among notable angels.

The company plans to expand its team, accelerate its rollout across the EU and US markets, and further enhance its AI capabilities to better serve sales professionals globally.

Founded in late 2023 by Nicolas Christiaen, Jonas Deprez, Xander Berkein, and Lander T’Kindt, Donna is an AI-powered assistant designed to assist sales professionals in managing their customer relationships. It automates tasks related to CRM systems, such as updating contact information, logging interactions, and scheduling follow-ups. Donna has already 200 active user and has attracted interest from various industries including food service, business services, real estate, and construction.
