DriveNets Raises $410M Series D
DriveNets, based in Ra'anana, Israel, has announced a $410 million Series D financing round. The company specializes in large-scale networking solutions for AI infrastructure and telecommunications, bringing its total funding to $1 billion.
The funding round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners and Atreides Management. Additional participating investors included AMD, Red Dot Capital, Pitango, and D1 Capital Partners.
DriveNets plans to use the capital to scale its inventory to support a growing AI fabric pipeline and to expand its heterogeneous AI infrastructure solutions.
Founded ten years ago, DriveNets provides a disaggregated networking architecture that maximizes performance and operational efficiency for AI and service provider networks. Their software-based networking solutions, including their Ethernet-based AI fabric, enable high-performance cluster utilization for hyperscalers and enterprises.
