Echo Raises $15 Million in Seed Round

Echo, a New York-based innovative startup building enterprise-grade software infrastructure, has raised $15 million in Seed funding.

The round was led by Notable Capital and Hyperwise Ventures, with participation from SVCI.

Notable Capital is a U.S.-based venture capital firm that invests in early- to growth-stage technology companies across sectors such as AI, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, fintech, and commerce. Founded in 2024 as a spinout of GGV Capital’s U.S. operations, the firm manages approximately $5 billion in assets and supports startups globally, with a focus on North America, Europe, Israel, and Latin America.

Hyperwise Ventures is an Israel-based venture capital firm focused on seed-stage investments in cybersecurity and enterprise software. The firm brings hands-on operational expertise, fast decision-making, and deep industry connections. It backs high-potential startups in Israel and the U.S.

The company will use the funding to support its next phase of growth, including broader deployment of its AI-powered, vulnerability-free container base images.

Founded by Eilon Elhadad and Eylam Milner, Echo is an enterprise software company focused on eliminating vulnerabilities at the infrastructure level by creating secure-by-design container base images. Leveraging AI agents, Echo analyzes standard open source images, builds clean versions from scratch, and continuously patches them as new threats are discovered.
