Elephant Company, a Berlin, Germany-based startup focused on AI-powered training solutions for frontline workers, has raised over €5 million in a funding round.

This round was led by EnBW New Ventures and Wepa. Additional participants included business angels from Flix, home24 SE, SB21, Ventic Ventures, and topi.

Elephant Company plans to use the new capital to expand its internal team and scale its training platform to better serve the needs of frontline organizations.

Founded in 2022, Elephant Company provides an end-to-end training and communication software platform specifically designed for frontline teams. Their suite includes a mobile field app, an AI assistant, an AI-driven course builder, and a central hub for managing knowledge transfer and team communication, helping deskless workers access digital training directly at the point of need.
