Endra Secures Series A Funding

Endra, a construction technology company with operations across Sweden and the United States, has raised a Series A funding round to modernize building design through AI-driven automation for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.

The round was led by a16z, a prominent venture capital firm that supports the development of new infrastructure software.

Endra plans to use the new capital to continue scaling its AI platform, which automates repetitive design tasks such as placing fire alarms and routing circuits, ultimately allowing engineers to complete weeks of manual work in significantly less time.

Founded by childhood friends Niklas Lindgren and Anton Juric alongside technologists David Rydberg and Gustav Hammarlund, Endra provides an AI-powered platform that integrates with standard building modeling tools like Revit. The company is dedicated to solving MEP design inefficiencies by enabling engineers to define system rules and optimize 3D building models.
