Enso Raises $6 Million in Seed Round

Enso, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based company that provides AI bots designed to assist SMBs with various repetitive tasks, has raised $6 million in seed funding.

The round was led by NFX, with participation from top angel investors including Yossi Matias, head of AI at Google Research; Shmil Levy, former GP at Sequoia Capital; Dark Mode Ventures; and operators from leading companies such as Slack, and Twitter, OpenAI, and others.

NFX is a venture capital firm investing in pre-seed and seed-stage startups, with an average check size of $1-$5 million. They invest in eight focus areas: Bio, Gaming, Generative AI, PropTech, Marketplaces, FinTech + Crypto, in the U.S., Israel, Latin America, and Europe.

The company plans to release a “Guided AI Agent Builder” that will allow developers to create and market their services on its platform.

Founded by Mickey Haslavsky, Enso offers AI-powered Service-as-a-Software, Guided AI, to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Enso provides over 1,000 AI agents trained on domain-specific best practices across 70 industries. These agents are designed to handle critical business functions including research, accounting, digital marketing, and human resources (HR). Enso's AI agents blend traditional workflow automation with the creativity of large language models (LLMs).
