Entire Raises $60M Seed

Entire, a developer tools startup based in the United States, has raised $60 million in a seed funding round at a $300 million valuation. The company focuses on managing and unifying code generated by AI agents.

The round was led by Felicis, a venture capital firm known for early-stage investments. Other investors in the seed round include Madrona, M12, Basis Set, Harry Stebbings, Jerry Yang, and Datadog founder and CEO Olivier Pomel.

The company plans to use the capital to further develop its platform for managing AI-generated code, including its open source tool Checkpoints which helps developers track the context and prompts behind AI-submitted code contributions.

Founded in 2025 by former GitHub CEO Thomas Dohmke, Entire provides infrastructure to help developers navigate the volume of software produced by AI agents. Its technology includes a Git-compatible database, a semantic reasoning layer for agent collaboration, and an AI-native interface for human-in-the-loop review.
